How to burn incense sticks properly

1. Place your incense stick in an appropriate heat proof incense burner that will collect the ash as it falls. Tip: you can do what I do and snap off the bottom so they fit properly.
2. Light the end of the incense stick until a flame is established. Allow it to burn for a few seconds to ensure it is properly lit.
3. Gently extinguish by blowing out the flame.

Incense sticks if lit properly should glow red whilst a fragranced and a gentle flow of smoke should be seen.Ensure your Incense even when not lit is always away from children and pets and away from any flammable material.

Please keep in mind that whilst ventilation is important , please ensure that the lit incense stick is not placed in a spot where wind is not able to blow your incense over.
